AND CHILDREN DON'T KEEP

My list of music projects is a little overwhelming right now. But then on days like today, when I sit down and play with my grandkids, I remember what's really important. Yes, I will get to the music. And it can always wait til tomorrow. But moments like these can't wait, because grandchildren grow up and people move away and things change, and the time we have with our loved ones is the important project of all. 

To paraphrase an old poem, "So quiet down deadlines, stress go to sleep. I'm playing with children, and children don't keep."
