My first hymn, written with my sister, Linda, is an effort to share my testimony of - and devotion to - Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and Savior of the world.
I can't choose my favorite lines, but here are a couple of them:

He is the Christ, the King of all creation.
He is the bright and morning star.
Light of the world, and hope of every nation;
Rest to my worn and weary heart.
He is my strength through struggle and surrender,
My anchor in the stormy sea.
I raise my song in praises, pure and tender,
For everything He is to me.
He is the Lamb, the chosen of His Father.

Who else can hear my still and silent pleading?
Who else has power to give me peace?
I lift my voice to thank Him for His keeping,
And everything He gives to me.
No height or depth can keep me from His mercy.
No force can drive His love a way.
For I am His; He bought me with His suffering
His life the final price to pay.
Words can’t convey the endless debt I owe Him.
Nothing repays His love so deep.
But I can give my heart, my true devotion,
For He is everything to me.

Your songs are mine and my kids' favorites! We play them in the car & on the piano and get so excited when a new one comes out. My 3-year-old son with Autism belts out entire verses (with actions) of the song "I will shine" and it's about the sweetest thing I've ever seen. The song The Miracle is my 6-year-old's favorite and the song that introduced us to your music!
