Children can easily understand the special covenant God made with Abraham when we focus on this line from scripture, spoken by Abraham, “Surely the Lord is in this place.” As children learn this song, they will internalize the truth that as they follow God, they can say the same thing Abraham did, that, “Surely the Lord is in this place,” with them.

To Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
